Helping you to get out of a busy head and back into your body.
Connecting breath and movement, we meet on the yoga mat exactly as we are and explore from that space.
I offer yoga for everyone, whether its your first time stepping onto a yoga mat or an advancing yogi.
There are so many benefits to a regular yoga practice from strengthening and stretching our bodies, promotes calm and relaxation, improves sleep and mood, helps create a more balanced and healthy lifestyle and mindset, improves the immune system and health in general plus so much more.
what we learn on the yoga mat translates into our everyday life.
Yoga is not about creating pretzel shapes with our bodies. Rather a process of listening in, exploring and moving in a way that helps us liberate our minds and bodies, whilst having some fun at the same time.
Pricing 1-2-1 classes £45.00 for 75 minutes your welcome to invite 1 friend along for an extra £10.00
Yoga and Therapies combined….. there is nothing more special than combining a yoga session with one of my ilapothecary therapies, massage, facial or reflexology.. prices on request as this will be bespoke to your needs.
We meet in a group yoga class via zoom Saturdays at 9am

200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa yoga teacher
50 hour Yin yoga teacher
